No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter. If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time.
No, you do not have to create an account to be able to shop with us; you can shop as a guest. However if you are going to be returning to our website, we would advise that you do create an account, for quick and easy ordering next time.
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. Gloves, PPE, First Aid Supplies etc.
2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the quantity you want and click the 'ADD TO BASKET' button.
3. The item will then be added to your basket in the top right hand corner of the page. You can then either continue shopping or you can proceed to checkout (by clicking 'VIEW' in the top right hand corner of the screen'.
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click CHECKOUT NOW' to complete your order.

Promotions and Discounts
We charge £8.50 for a next day delivery service to addresses in Mainland UK.
We currently use UK Mail for our standard deliveries.
We offer a next day delivery service to most areas of Mainland UK, your item(s) should arrive within 1-2 working days. If you have placed an order at the weekend, we will aim to ship your order out to you on the next business day.
We automatically send out a shipping confirmation email to you, when your order has been despatched. This email will include a consignment number. If you would like to track the progress of your order, then please visit theUK Mailwebsite and enter your consignment number.
If you are in when we deliver, our driver will ask you to sign for your delivery. If you are out and if they can, our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location at your property or with a neighbour. The driver will leave a card to notify you as to where your parcel is. If they have not been able to make your delivery our couriers will leave a card to let you know they called and try again the following working day. We will try to deliver 3 times after which time your parcel will be held at your local depot for 5 days prior to being returned to us for a refund.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to deliver two more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery.
Yes, we do deliver to BFPO addresses however there will be a charge of £25.00.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.
Yes we do deliver to the Channel Islands, postage costs will be calculated when you enter the checkout stage of the ordering process.
Returns and Refunds
You can return unopened purchases to us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s). If your item(s) have been unopened, then we are more than happy for you to return your item(s) however there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you still wish to return your item(s) then please contact us (link) and we will arrange for our courier to collect your item(s).
If you have purchased a small item from us (i.e. one box of gloves), and they have been unopened, then yes you are more than welcome to return them to us by post, however you will incur the delivery charge.
As soon as we have received your item, then a refund will be issued. Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable.
